Public-Private Synergy

Works on top of exiting government healthcare system.

THE PROBLEM

Public healthcare needs more than infrastructure expansion.
It requires stronger system design.

At present, healthcare delivery is often experienced as a set of disconnected interactions rather than as a coordinated system. This limits continuity, efficiency, and effective utilisation of existing resources.

Tata MD’s view is that the next phase of public healthcare improvement will depend not only on additional infrastructure or human resources, but on how care delivery is organised and managed across the system. This includes improving alignment between facilities, providers, and programs.

The Digital Nerve Centre (DiNC) has been developed in response to this need.

THE SOLUTION

The Digital Nerve
Centre (DiNC)

The Digital Nerve Centre is Tata MD’s “Bridgital” delivery model designed to strengthen coordination and integration across public health systems. It brings together four key elements: a workforce layer to support system-level coordination, standardised care processes, a technology and AI backbone, and a digitally connected network of facilities.

Together, these enable districts and states to transition from fragmented service delivery to a more integrated and efficiently managed healthcare system.
