HealthX connects stakeholders across the public healthcare system—from village-level ASHAs to district administrators—on a single, ABDM-compliant. platform. It enables seamless data exchange, coordination, and delivery of healthcare services at scale across geographies.

HealthX - one platform for
end-to-end care delivery

HealthX is DiNC’s core digital platform, designed to manage the end-to-end care delivery lifecycle—from citizen registration and appointment scheduling to consultations (in-person and virtual via V-Pod), referrals, pharmacy, diagnostics, and longitudinal health records.

Each citizen is assigned a unique, ABHA-linked health ID, enabling the creation of a comprehensive “clinicograph”—a continuously updated, health record accessible across all facilities within the network, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and quality of care.

HealthX Features

What HealthX enables across the
healthcare ecosystem

Inclusive Citizen
Onboarding

Citizens can be registered through multiple channels, including ASHA-led household surveys, toll-free support, PCC-assisted registration at facilities, and QR-based quick enrolment. ABHA-linked health IDs can be created using Aadhaar, mobile number, or driving licence.

onboarding

Longitudinal Health
Records

A continuous digital health record captures consultations, prescriptions, diagnostics, vitals, referrals, and follow-ups — enabling continuity of care across facilities within the network.

onboarding

Connected Care
Navigation

Integrated scheduling, referral management, and care coordination workflows help reduce wait times, improve patient navigation, and enable closed-loop tracking across all levels of care.

onboarding

Specialist Access Closer
to Communities

Virtual consultation infrastructure enables citizens to access specialist care at the PHC level, reducing travel burden and improving access in rural and underserved areas.

onboarding

Population Health
Intelligence

Real-time dashboards and analytics support programme monitoring, service utilisation tracking, coverage analysis, personalised interventions, and data-driven district planning.

onboarding

Real-Time Care Team
Coordination

Secure communication channels enable doctors, nurses, PCCs, and frontline workers to coordinate patient care efficiently across facilities and programmes.

HealthX Innovation

Concentric Data Repository
& Clinicograph

A unified health data repository that consolidates patient information from multiple healthcare facilities into a single, continuous health record. The platform supports both structured and unstructured data and enables standardised, interoperable, and scalable data management across the healthcare network.
Extraction

Multi-source data extraction

Pulls structured and unstructured data from PHCs, CHCs, DHs, labs, pharmacies — without disrupting existing aggregations.

Cloud

Rapid cloud replication

AWS-hosted with auto load balancers — regular feeds from all hospitals, kept continuously up-to-date for real-time access.

Analyysis

Intelligent data standardisation

Processes raw inputs into standardised formats — making data useful for clinical decision support, not just storage.

Report

Clinicograph generation

Creates a patient background snapshot, medical history, medications, allergies, vitals in an easy-to interpret format.

With DiNC, we no longer see just a patient for a few minutes — we see their complete health journey. It helps us diagnose faster, spend more meaningful time with patients, and deliver far more connected care.

healthcare delivery

connected

True Wellness Meter

Personalised score from clinical, lab, and lifestyle indicators. Tracks every citizen's health trajectory at each milestone. Patent #10201804014R, Singapore.

continue

AI Care Planogram

Structured, time-sequenced care plan — customised per individual's health profile across chronic conditions. Built on 30,000+ patient data. Deployed in DiNC for rural NCD care.

closer citizen

Predictive analytics

Population-level models identifying high-risk cohorts, service coverage gaps, and programme compliance patterns. Supports district and state-level planning and resource allocation.

continue

Voice AI for care coordination

Automated voice-based reminders for appointments, medication adherence, and follow-ups — operating outside working hours to extend the reach of the coordination layer beyond staff availability.

continue

Clinical decision support

Ambient listening captures consultation notes automatically into the DiNC platform — reducing documentation burden and supporting real-time clinical decision-making by doctors.

continue

Panchayat-level index

Being implemented under the guidance of district collector in collaboration with CMC Vellore and Gates Foundation. Population-level wellness scores at village level for hyperlocal resource targeting.

Data security by
design

The platform is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security standards. All patient data is encrypted, with access controlled through secure decryption protocols and role-based permissions — ensuring users can only access information relevant to their responsibilities.

AES encryption — PostgreSQL

All patient data is encrypted at rest, with access enabled only through secure key-based decryption and authorised systems. Built on PostgreSQL with advanced security controls.

Role-based access control

UI designed based on user roles e.g., PCC has dedicated login, accessing only patient navigation functions. Doctor login for clinical functions. No role can access another's data scope.

Full audit trail

Every login and logout has a timestamp. All actions are monitored and recorded. Any access or data breach can be traced to a specific user, time, and action.

AWS-hosted with load balancing

Backend hosting provides good uptime, recovery tools, and load balancing. Auto-scalable architecture handles large patient data volumes without disruption to ongoing services.

ABDM compliance - three milestones achieved

M1

Patient Registration

Successful registration of patients with ABHA card creation via Aadhaar, mobile, or driving licence. ABHA address verification, consent revokes, and deletion supported.

M2

Health Information Provider (HIP)

DiNC enabled as a certified Health Information Provider — creating and storing digital health records against ABHA addresses, accessible across the ABDM network.

M3

Health Information User (HIU)

Users can request access to health records linked to ABHA addresses. System fetches and organises linked records from Health Professional Registries in a user-friendly format.
